A: I am committed to a client focused, conciliatory and constructive approach, using my skills as a trained mediator and collaborative family lawyer in my everyday practice.
I offer a range of dispute resolution options – traditional, mediation and collaborative law – to best meet your needs. Most of my cases settle without court involvement, but in cases where court action is required I am a determined litigator.
Q: What makes you different from other divorce lawyers?
A: My goal is always to make the best of what will be a very difficult time in your life, empowering you to have as much control of the process as possible and enabling you to make decisions which are right for you and your family.
I will help you by exploring the process options available which will enable you to make informed decisions about how you would prefer to move forward.
I always strive to help clients achieve the best outcome for them and their children, which may not necessarily be what the court outcome would be.

Q: What involvement do you have in the local Cambridge community?
A: I have a close working relationship with Relate and the Cambridge Family Mediation Service, and I am a member of the Committee of the Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group.
I am also a director of the newly registered Cambridge and Ely Contact Centre Charity and I am a member of Resolution.
As a lawyer and mediator trained by Resolution I have close connections with other trained lawyers and mediators in the Cambridge area.
Q: What else should I know about you?
A: I have been a Resolution accredited specialist in financial provision and private children law for many years.
I am recognised for my calm, supportive and caring approach in all cases and I am patient, diligent and fair. I will be interested in you as a person and I will always be clear sighted and pragmatic.
