Although I work with a wide range of clients, if you are a professional, a business owner, a company director or a farmer, I can provide you with the specialist legal expertise you need.
I will advise you on all aspects of family law, but offer particular experience in helping you to consider how divorce and separation affect children and in resolving complicated financial issues. I also advise and undertake work on pre-nuptial agreements, all aspects of cohabitation and non-molestation and occupation orders.
What makes you different from other divorce lawyers?
My main aim is to help you through the traumatic events in the breakdown of your marriage or relationship in a way that is as easy, cost effective and financially well adjusted as possible. All cases and clients differ and need different types of assistance. Some clients will need a higher level of advice, assistance and face to face contact than others.
My objective is to ensure that financially my clients leave with a good, sound and workable settlement that meets all their current and future needs and those of their dependents. My aim is to make that transition as smooth and painless as possible.
What do your clients say about you?
Clients find me efficient, easy to talk to, readily available and prompt in my dealings with them and opponents. They say I offer a detailed understanding of the subject matter and that I am sympathetic, but when required extremely tough. A client once described me as “a rottweiler in a Laura Ashley dress”.
What involvement do you have in the local Norwich community?
I am a member of the local Norwich Resolution, an association of family lawyers with a code of practice based on conciliation wherever possible.

I am an associate member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).
