What makes you different from other divorce lawyers?
Rather than being process driven, my view is that it is important to find the right outcome for the right individual. No two people are the same and no two cases are the same. I try to encourage people to start with the end in mind – that way I can understand their goals and then manage their expectations. Whilst a lot of my job is to give legal advice, it is important to try to achieve what that individual actually wants and navigate the way together.
What do your clients say?
My clients have commented that I am always available to them and give clear, concise, no-nonsense legal advice. I try to ensure that I communicate with that person in the forum they prefer and are most comfortable with: over the telephone, face to face meetings, emails etc. Developing a relationship of trust and understanding is key to working together to reach the right resolution.
