Within the EU, contact orders are automatically recognised and enforceable without further court orders. If you have moved to another EU country, the order may require variation to reflect your move.
If you have moved abroad to a non-EU country, you should take local advice. It may be appropriate for you to obtain a mirror order from the court of the country to which you have moved.
