What if I am being forced into marriage?

The courts in England now have powers to protect those who have been or may be victims of a forced marriage whether in England or abroad.  It is possible for either the victim or someone else, such as a friend, to apply to the court for an injunction.  The court also has the power to set aside a forced marriage and grant a decree of nullity.
