Where do I disclose information about a trust in the Form E?

In the latest vlog of our Stages of Divorce series, I explain the information and documents you will need to provide when completing the capital assets section of Form E.

Form E  is often used for financial disclosure in mediation and voluntary negotiations and is always used in the court process, so it’s vital to know what information and documents you need to provide. When we talk about "capital assets", we don't mean residential property. There is a whole separate section dealing with houses in Form E

Instead, we are talking about assets such as share options or interests in trusts. It is a bit of a catch-all! However, it can be a really important section and knowing how best to present your information is crucial.

Watch the video below to find out what documents are needed for the capital assets section in Form E.
