No fault divorce is finally here!

So today is finally the day! The law on divorce changes for the first time in decades today with the introduction of no fault divorce.  Mills & Reeve, and in particular our wonderful colleague Nigel Shepherd, have campaigned for many years for this change.  

In this new vlog, Nigel and I talk about what the changes are and what they mean for divorcing couples and their children.  We also look back on the campaign, the issues it faced and why the law was eventually changed.
