Interim maintenance in international case

Case: CC v NC

Philip Way represented the wife, successfully obtaining maintenance pending suit for her in a complex multi-million pound, multi-jurisdictional claim. Although the wife mostly resided in Austria, she was able to demonstrate that the husband was habitually resident in the UK and that it was not proper to discount her maintenance pending suit claim or to act conservatively by reference to that factor.
