In my latest vlog, I highlight some common misconceptions that clients often have when they have connections with a country other than England & Wales but they are looking for advice on a family law issue here. My experience is that the laws on divorce, pre-nups and/or moving children from one country to another frequently need to be clarified.  I hope you find this useful!
