I can advise you about the financial consequences of divorce and relationship breakdown. I have a growing practice in advising parents in private law children cases, particularly for parents who live abroad, wish to travel or move abroad.

- Ongoing advice to a father in complex children proceedings involving parental alienation, keeping the focus on the child throughout. My approach is constructive and positive, but I’ve taken decisive action when needed, working very hard for the client to exceed his expectations.
- Achieving at a final hearing a positive outcome for a farming client who’s marriage was relatively short and his farm was inherited from his father.
- Negotiating a favourable agreement for an international client who, prior to instructing me, had attempted without success to reach a settlement for nearly 10 years.
