Example(s) of some recent work
I have recently concluded Children Act proceedings which enabled my client to relocate from England to live overseas with the parties’ child. It was a case which was emotionally difficult for all involved, particularly when the other party appealed the judge’s decision meaning the case continued for a further 3 months. I've also supported a client with significant health concerns, helping them to review their pre-nuptial agreement and put in place protective measures for the future care of their children.

Jennifer grew up in Norfolk and has recently returned to the area after 10 years working at a boutique law firm in Cheshire. Jennifer spent a year studying in France as part of her law degree and tries to put her French into practice whenever she can.
