What can I help you with?

The breakdown of a relationship is almost always a painful and difficult thing for a family. I feel privileged to help each and every client who consults me to work through the issues that they face. My thirty years of experience has given me insight into a wide range of situations and, clients tell me, a helpful perspective for them.

Example(s) of some recent work

I am currently involved in a number of divorce cases which involve family businesses, trusts and pensions.  Working together with each client, I find innovative solutions to complex problems. I have secured a settlement of £15m for a client where other solicitors had advised that it would be impossible to achieve a payment in the UK.

What do others say about me?

A client recently said the following at the end of their case:

“Yesterday feels like vindication for our work together. I can’t thank you enough for your calmness, professionalism and skill.  You have been an anchor and I am so very grateful for your help”.

What else should you know?

I am a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. I am a member of Resolution. I currently sit on the resolution property, tax and financial remedy committee of which I am a past Chair. I am an assessor for the Resolution Accreditation scheme and a regular author and speaker on family law related issues for the profession.
